ABOUT BOOMERMINIUMS ®

Delagrange Homes introduces a new line of homes called "Boomerminiums". These homes offer the same benefits of our "Villa" homes, but do not have to be built in an exclusive Villa community. We recognize that people in the Boomers age group (roughly aged 50 and older) have particular wants and needs that are not met in the traditional house plan. For example, we know that after age 50 or 55 and the kids are off on their own- you no longer need 3 or 4 bedrooms. A large master bedroom suite, a guest bedroom, and one or two other rooms we call "flex" areas make a lot more sense. We think Boomers prefer a single story home with no steps to climb. Our Boomerminiums have wider than normal doors and hallways, lever handles on all doors, easy pull cabinet hardware, security systems, walk in showers and in-wall framing for grab bars in the bathrooms in every home (just in case you need them someday). We offer an array of options that people in this age group find more attractive- like sunrooms and enlarged master bedrooms with fireplaces.

Tired of yard work...Boomerminiums can be set up so that all exterior yard work and snow removal is done by others just like villas. It's your option.
